When you overthink, your judgments get foggy and the stress gets you down. You spend too much time in the negative. It can become difficult to act. In a moment we show disdain for the things you can’t get because it’s too painful to admit you can’t get them. But here’s the thing, you can achieve the outcomes you want. but the way you respond to your thoughts now can sometimes keep you in a cycle of repetitive thinking. We all do this. We stay thinking about the result we want and we feel that we will achieve it, but we hesitate!!! Because we overthinking! Shut down overthinking by involving yourself in an activity you enjoy. Find new things to do, learn anything you like, do a sport, volunteer in any place where you could help others and don't think of what can go wrong, but what can go right. Believe it or not, just smart people do that because they calculate risks. They see the downsides to a situation before even trying. Scientists at the University of Leeds acknowledge they may have found why humans flock like sheep and birds. They ask groups of people were asked to walk randomly around a large hall. Within the group, a select few received more detailed information about where to walk. Participants were not allowed to communicate with one another. The findings show that in all cases, the ‘informed individuals’ were followed by others in the crowd! The participants ended up making a consensus decision despite the fact that they weren’t allowed to talk or gesture to one another. In most cases the participants didn’t realise they were being led by others.” We are conditioned to follow! but we already have a choise to stay in the Sheep clothing or we stand up and take the one step forword and be uniq. That's so easy, is it? not realy. what makes you ordinary person is Fear of unsuccessful or Fear of step into the light because once you are in the light, your shadow will be so sharp and clear. The thing that pulls you to the back from standing up is your afraidnes from your shadow, because your shadow is embracing your cracks, which you don't want any one to see it. But these cracks have taught us what it means to be human, teach us how to conect with other people and last but not least these cracks which make us uniq! 👇READ CAPTION👇 Today there is a critical point I want to talk about! namely the bullying in social media about the Designer who works on Canva or adobe spark apps. 🛑STOP the Bullying, do not call them "you are not designer, creatives or lab lab lab. Keep your opinions, please! You do not know the obstacles they have and if there is no market for them, you will find these apps will die after launch! Personally, I have worked in web development for 3 years, attended many conferences and met people who are experts in field. I have never heard anyone say you are not a dev. caz you can not write a line of code in Python or ReactJS! With more than 12 years in the Design community, I found the designer community so egotistical when we compare it to the developer community! I just want to tell you that Canva designers are better than you, they are more efficient & faster and that is what the market needs! The market did not ask for "creatives" to work with Canva to design a billboard! Stop bullying them and do not be jealous of them! Start helping them, explain to them how they can do better in a simple way! For the designers working in Canva, I am really impressed ❤️❤️ with the work you do and I knew how hard it is to do all this because I tried the app and I understand the obstacles you have there but you are stronger, more passionate and creative, what you have done and what you do will be amazing.
